(1) When a party who is not satisfied with the decision of the department to refuse to register an industry submits a complaint to the Ministry in accordance with Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Act, in the case of a decision by the registration authority of the province to refuse to register the industry of the concerned province: Schedule-6 to the ministry It should be given in the format.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) (When filing a complaint, the following documents should also be attached:-
(a) A copy of the decision made by the Department,
(b) Copy of the particulars and documents submitted to the department for registration of the industry,
(c) Other documentary evidence supporting the conduct of your complaint.
